Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* If a product has less than 90 days remaining until it’s expired.
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.

Returning a Wrong Item Received

We apologize if you have received an incorrect item and will gladly resolve this issue as soon as possible.

All incorrect merchandise must be reported within 7 days of your order’s delivery date for packages shipped Internationally. If we are notified of an incorrect item(s) after this timeframe, we will be unable to process your request.

If you are reporting a wrong item received, please follow the instructions below to receive a refund or replacement for your item:

Be sure to mention “Wrong Item Received” in the email subject.
Please provide us with detailed information (with pictures) on which item was missing from the order as well as the item you received in its place.
Indicate if you would prefer a refund or a replacement item.

Once you have contacted us,
You can return your item. Be sure to confirm the return address with us first. We will reimburse you with the return shipment fee. (if applicable)
If you prefer a refund, the refund will be processed upon receipt of the merchandise.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Free gift items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately items that are Free cannot be exchanged.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at

To return your product, you should contact us by email to confirm the return address.

In case of returning a product for a reason that’s not due to our error, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
