Thank you for shopping with Bao Fu Ling Online Store. This policy explains how we ship your order, what it costs, and what to expect after you buy.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be extended.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We are an authorized distributor of Baoshutang Pharmaceutical in Hong Kong. To ensure product quality, all products are shipped directly from mainland China.

  • Hong Kong: SF Express, 4-6 business days. Please provide your shipping address in Chinese to ensure accurate delivery. Delivery to Hive Box smart lockers (丰巢智能柜) is supported.
  • International: China Post EMS. United States 9-23 days; Canada & Australia 15-26 days; Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines 9-15 days; Indonesia 10-20 days; other countries 18-29 days.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and begin once your order ships. They may be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays, weather, or other events outside our control.

Shipping Fees

Shipping is a flat rate per parcel, based on destination country and order value (each tier also covers a larger parcel weight). Rates drop as your order value increases:

  • China (Mainland): free
  • Hong Kong: $8, then $6 over $130
  • Macau, Taiwan: $10, then $8 over $130
  • Malaysia: $10, then $8 over $130, then $6 over $180
  • Singapore: $12, then $10 over $130, then $8 over $180
  • Japan, South Korea, Philippines, Cambodia, Mongolia, Thailand, Vietnam, Laos: $23, then $18 over $140, then $15 over $200
  • United States: $24, then $19 over $150, then $15 over $210
  • Canada: $29, then $23 over $150, then $18 over $200
  • Australia: $24, then $19 over $150, then $15 over $210
  • Indonesia: $10 (local shipment) or $25 (shipped from China)
  • Israel: $15, then $25 over $130, then $35 over $230 (freight costs to Israel may continue to rise)
  • All other countries: $35 flat (any order value)

Customs, Taxes and Other Import Charges

Orders shipped outside mainland China, Hong Kong and Macau may be subject to import duties, customs duties, VAT, GST/HST/PST/QST, brokerage fees, or carrier handling fees levied by your local customs authority or carrier.

Where taxes and duties are calculated and collected at checkout, they will be shown before you place your order and will not be due again at delivery. Where they are not collected at checkout, they may be due before or at delivery and are the responsibility of the recipient, unless we expressly state at checkout that duties and taxes are prepaid.

Import charges are determined by destination customs authorities and may vary by country, product classification, order value and shipping method. Customs processing may also affect delivery times. We recommend checking your local import rules before ordering.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order status through our website or the carrier's tracking portal. Tracking information may take time to update after you receive it.

Address Accuracy

Please check your shipping address at checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct it.

Lost, Damaged or Delayed Packages

If your order is lost, damaged or delayed, contact us and we will help you work with the carrier. Transit delays are outside our control, but we will follow up with the carrier on your behalf.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your order. We may be able to accommodate changes before your order ships, but once it is in transit we are unable to modify it. Refunds for cancelled or delayed orders will be processed to the original payment method where possible.
