Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Please note that during peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be extended.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We are an authorized distributor of Baoshutang Pharmaceutical in Hong Kong. To ensure product quality, all products are shipped directly from mainland China.

  • 1）International Shipping:
    Orders are shipped via China Post EMS. Estimated delivery time is 10–30 days.
  • 2）Hong Kong Shipping:
    Orders are shipped via SF Express. Estimated delivery time is 4–6 days.
📦 Important: To ensure accurate delivery, please provide your shipping address in Chinese.
We support delivery to Hive Box smart lockers (丰巢智能柜).

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the package.
Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
