Welcome to Bao Shu Tang Bao Fu Ling ("Bao Fu Ling Online Store", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of our website, products and services (the "Services") and describe your rights and responsibilities. By visiting, interacting with or ordering through the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy and Contact Information Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services. These Terms do not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

1. Eligibility and account

You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence to place an order. If you create an account or provide information, you confirm that it is accurate, current and complete, and you are responsible for your account activity and credentials. You may not transfer, sell or assign your account to another person.

2. Our products

Product pages describe the intended use, ingredients and precautions of each item. Colours and packaging may differ slightly from how they appear on your screen, and packaging may change between batches. Descriptions, pricing and availability may change at any time without notice, and we may limit quantities by person, region or jurisdiction.

3. Health notice

Our products are traditional external-use and herbal preparations. They are not medicines for the diagnosis, treatment, cure or prevention of any disease, and nothing on the Services constitutes medical advice. Always read the label and the product insert before use. Do not apply to broken skin, near the eyes or mucous membranes, or to children below the age stated on the label. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition, consult a qualified healthcare professional before use. Stop use and seek medical advice if irritation or discomfort occurs or persists.

4. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted only when we confirm acceptance, and only after payment has been received and processed. We may decline, limit or cancel an order at our discretion, including where a product is unavailable, where a pricing or description error has occurred, or where we suspect fraud or unauthorised resale. Where we do so, we may attempt to contact you using the details you provided. Orders are subject to our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy, and nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights.

5. Prices, promotions and billing

Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. Prices, discounts and promotions may change without notice; the price in effect when you place your order, as shown in your order confirmation, applies. Unless expressly stated, prices exclude taxes, shipping, handling and import charges, which are shown at checkout where applicable or payable by the recipient. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided, that the information you give is accurate, and that you will pay the charges incurred at the prices shown, including shipping and applicable taxes.

6. Shipping and delivery

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and begin once your order ships. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing or events outside our reasonable control. Title and risk of loss pass to you when we hand the parcel to the carrier, except where applicable law provides otherwise. See our Shipping Policy for methods, fees and destinations.

7. Customs clearance, duties and taxes

Orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs inspection and clearance procedures in the destination country. Unless we expressly state at checkout that duties and taxes are prepaid, these charges and any related fees are the responsibility of the recipient. We do not guarantee customs clearance within any particular timeframe, and delivery estimates do not include time spent in customs.

8. Customs holds, returns and seizures

We are not liable for delays, additional charges or non-delivery caused by customs inspection, clearance requirements or destination-country import rules. If a parcel is held, returned or seized by customs authorities, we will review the case with you in good faith. Any refund or replacement in such circumstances is assessed case by case and may exclude shipping and handling costs already incurred. This does not affect any statutory rights you may have.

9. Import compliance

You are responsible for confirming that the products you order may lawfully be imported into your country of residence, and for providing any information or documentation that customs or the carrier requires. We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered because a product is restricted or prohibited in the destination country.

10. Returns, refunds and cancellations

Returns, refunds and cancellations are handled under our Return & Refund Policy. Where we are unable to accept a change-of-mind return, this does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

11. Intellectual property

All content on the Services, including trademarks, brand names, text, images, product listings, video and audio, is owned by us, our affiliates or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Purchasing a product does not transfer any intellectual property rights. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only, and may not reproduce, distribute, modify or republish our content without our prior written consent.

12. Optional third-party tools and links

The Services may include third-party tools, embedded functionality or links to third-party websites that we do not control. They are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty or endorsement, and you use them at your own risk. Complaints or questions about third-party products or services should be directed to that third party.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, or that the information on them is complete and accurate. Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty or condition that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services or of products purchased through them. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or liability for defective products, where such liability applies.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against reasonable losses, liabilities and costs (including reasonable legal fees) payable to a third party arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of law or of third-party rights. We will notify you of any such claim and may take over its defence.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Material changes take effect on the date stated, and we will notify you where required by law. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.

18. Governing law

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by the laws of mainland China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the competent courts at our place of business have jurisdiction, except where mandatory law in your place of residence gives you rights or a forum that cannot be waived. Nothing in these Terms limits your right to bring a claim in your local courts where applicable law allows, and nothing excludes mandatory consumer protection rules that apply in your country of residence.
